Christina von Waldow mainly advises on energy contract law (drafting and negotiating of energy supply contracts, enforcement of and defense against claims arising out of or in connection with energy deliveries). Further, she advises clients on all issues regarding the framework for the generation of Renewable Energy (especially the EEG) and the development of renewable energy projects. Regulatory support for network operators completes her practice.

STUDIES

Law studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. Specialization on Public International Law and Infrastructure Law. Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stages in Munich and Sofia (Bulgaria).

WORK EXPERIENCES

Experience in a law firm specializing in Medical Law, Liability Law and Public Liability Law as well as work for a political foundation on Bulgarian Constitutional Law and European Law.
